Det är inne att sticka! Men målet är inte att producera tröjor och halsdukar, utan att varva ner och lösa livsproblem.En hjärnforskare går så långt som att säga att stickning har samma effekt på oss som meditation, yoga och qi gong. Ulrika Lokrantz Ur PS! juni-augusti 2006 Knitting is the thing to do! A scientist, specialising in the brain, even goes as far as to say that the effect of knitting is the same as with meditation, yoga and qi gong. Ulrika Lokrantz (Transl. BM Lind)

Begonior på Bergianska. Pretty Begonias
Showing of Begonias at Bergianska Botanical Gardens in Stockholm. In the background, Natural History Museum,
You can't really go by the leaves to determine whether a plant is a Begonia or not.
The flowers are much more alike.
They grow in very different ways and vary much in size.
The seeds are often very small.
The video shows how you can propagate Begonias with leaf cuttings.

"Ten small tables" Cast iron and glass.
Tickling our tastebuds with exotic yummies and seeing them growing in the Victoria green house. Here water chestnuts.
The wetlands, changing with the seasons and beautiful every time.
Strangely enough not one of the Dahlia-ladies was named Amalia.

The Sparsör Experience: Daffy, dockor och Händige Herrn
My sister collects dolls and here she is trying to decide which ones she'll take to an exhibition at the local library.
My brother-in-law, Anders, is a handy guy. He invented these spice shelves and put them on the inside of a kitchen cupboard.
Daffy the Dog, tried to convince me that noone had fed him all day. He liked cucumbers and tomatoes.
Sister, Ulla, fed me properly! Boy can she cook! And her cinnamon swirls are to die for!
This antique cushion has an embroidery worth taking a closer look at.
Brother-in-law, Anders, has actually made this piece of furniture and not only that one. Scattered around their large house were piece after piece with his mark on them. Sadly I couldn't take any good pictures of his fantastic boxes.
Jag fick se de trakter där Ulla växte upp i Jönköping och de platser hon arbetat på. Så värdefullt för en lillasyster som vuxit upp på helt andra ställen och sätt.
Ulla showed me where she grew up and went to school. Since we didn't grow up together I valued that a lot!
Tack Ulla och Anders, för lyxiga dagar hos er!
